Our professional landscapers will look after your garden once/twice a week.
Pool Maintenance
Our pool technicians will clean and maintain your pool twice a week checking chemical balancing, cleaning filers and brushing and cleaning pool walls.
24 Hr Defect Maintenance Response
Our in-house property maintenance team are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to attend to all defects in your home with no call out fees and containing the problem immediately.

Payment Terms
Please note that payment for all maintenance services are paid annually in advance unless otherwise agreed and payments must be made by cheque and/or bank transfer directly to our accounts. If you are a Landlord and we are renting your property you have the option of Wave Homes LLC deducting any applicable maintenance fees from the first rental cheque wherein any balance will be forwarded to you including any additional deductions where applicable. Please note by submitting this formal price quotation does not constitute an agreement for services between Wave Homes LLC and yourself unless and until a respective maintenance agreement is signed in advance and we receive full payment as per the formal quotation. All quotations are valid for maximum 30 days only and prices may change and/or vary without notice.
